2. Orders and Payments

All orders are processed over the phone or through our website. We accept major credit and debit cards. By placing an order, the customer authorizes Herba-Medix to charge the provided payment method for the agreed-upon amount.

Some customers may choose to place follow-up orders for additional months of product after their initial purchase. Any future orders are clearly explained to the customer at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually occurs within 4–5 business days. Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Returns and Refund Policy

Customers may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original condition.

After the 30-day refund period has passed, no refunds will be issued. If a return is exceptionally approved after this period, it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Herba-Medix directly to resolve any billing questions or concerns before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions.

Customers are responsible for reading and understanding product instructions and ingredient information prior to use. Customers should consult a healthcare professional before using any supplement, especially if they have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking prescription medications.
